Maris Health embraces feedback and ideas for enhancements! We are continuously looking for opportunities to improve the NBrace. That is why we ask customers and partners to provide reviews and feedback. We can only improve if we hear from those wearing or caregivers supporting those wearing the NBrace, a neck brace, or a cervical collar. Maris Health's Angel Managing Partner provided a lot of the feedback incorporated into revision two (R2) NBrace, as Rick was an active and vocal user of the NBrace.
Maris Health posts frequently asked questions and future enhancements recommended. The goal is that the content, sharing, and transparency will provide the following.
- Help our customers improve their everyday experience.
- Help future customers research if the NBrace is the right solution for them.
- Motivate customers and reviewers to provide crowdsourcing reviews.
- Motivate customers to respond to surveys on user experience and enhancement requests.

Additional padding option for the base
Neck braces and cervical collars place extra pressure on the shoulders and chest. The NBrace hugs the neck and puts pressure on the collar bone or upper chest. Some customers that have prominent collar bones or have minimal natural padding in that area have extra sensitivity. Submitted enhancements request additional padding options. Maris Health is evaluating options currently that would provide the extra cushion without impacting the stability.

All Black Model
A partner of Maris Health recommended producing an all-black color model. Maris Health has sourced materials and is in processing testing with volunteers. The material has some additional flexibility to support some further active movement.
Different Color Choice
Several customers want the NBrace to be more discreet, and a few others wish to have some bolder design choices. We are in the process of some new enhancements. One is creating neoprene covers to test out and then offer as an add-on accessory. This way, customers have even more options in a neck brace and cervical collar support.

Hook and Loop Stick
A few women customers have contacted us about the hook and loop strap losing the strength of 'stickiness.' Recent changes in the NBrace R2 has provided a softer velour hook and loop that is interchangeable. The new strap has provided improvement. It is more comfortable, cleanable, and replaceable. Though, we are still evaluating new material as an option for improved strength, comfort, and long-term use.
